I do manufacturing complete wiring harnesses for some Japanese bikes, but as there are a large number of specialist connectors used in their systems I need the old loom as a donor for these parts. I have found that these connectors, in the main are not available in this country and if the plugs are attached to fixed connectors such as nacelles etc. there is very little I can do with these.

If you do not have the plugs, or they are too badly damaged to be reused I can source replacement connectors, but both halves would have to be replaced, those on the elecrical item as well, this would add to cost and time of the re wire.

Some Japanese bikes have a very small type bullet connector, these I can not obtain.

European bikes do not seem to have the same problem so a wiring diagram for your bike (from the manual, Haynes etc) and the old loom as a pattern if often all that is required.
